Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming this and estimated delivery date.
If we do not have a piece in stock or we are creating a personalised or bespoke piece for you, delivery times may vary as each piece is handmade in our Brighton studio - we will e-mail you to confirm the expected delivery date (email will be sent within working hours).
Where an item is in stock, for delivery within the UK please allow 1 - 5 working days - but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
For overseas delivery where an item is in stock, please allow 5 - 15 working days, as above we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
For personalised & bespoke pieces, please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery depending on workload and intricacies of design.

Within the UK
Small items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a standard charge of £3.90. This method allows items to be tracked and insured - a signature is required for delivery. Larger orders/bespoke pieces potage is added for value of items accordingly through our website and is automated at checkout.
For Saturday delivery items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a standard charge of £9.99. This method allows items to be tracked and insured - a signature is required for delivery.
For larger parcels/many items an invoice will be required for us to confirm exact postage costs.
Items are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For at a standard charge of £14.00. This method allows items to be insured and a signature is required for delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at SugarjonesUK@yahoo.co.uk identifying the reason for the return. Items may be returned (excluding shipping charge) within 14 days of despatch, providing they are in their original condition and packaging. Please include the original delivery docket, noting your reasons for the return.
When returning an item, please ensure you package it securely and post by Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent, and insure to the appropriate value. Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
If you need to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch as soon as possible because we process orders as soon as we can to get your pieces in the post to you!
Whilst we strive to produce the best and most creative hypoallergenic jewellery with some of our components it is impossible to know what elements of some old recycled steampunk pieces are made of - mostly they are brass, chrome or rhodium plated as many old vintage pieces usually are. Be sure to keep you jewellery in good order by not spraying perfume whilst wearing your piece as this can degrade the metals and cause allergy on contact.
